No 1021-A All purpose Goggle lens kit field gear. Comes with original cloth holder with goggles and 3 lens. Rubber goggles have an elastic band and a buckle.

The cloth holder has instructions as to cleaning, and inserting the different lens. Red is for night vision. Green for exceedingly bright days, and clear for glare protection on normal days.
