The pin is hallmarked: Sterling "Pres by Irving". This is a RARE pin. The Caterpillar Club Pin was presented to Aircrew Members who bailed out of a stricken aircraft and parachuted safely to the ground. These pins were awarded by the parachute manufacturers upon verification of the incident. This would be a nice addition to your WWII Collection.
