This Sterling silver Observer's 3 pin is a part of my husband's grandfather's WWII pins, badges, etc. That he received in WWII. The relatives said he was a cousin of Pres. It is in very good condition, has Sterling imprinted on reverse, and the pin is present and functioning well.
