WWII AAF Aerial Photo Interpreter Kit Type F-2 Air Forces U. This is an original WWII era AAF aerial photo interpreter's kit Type F-2. It is in a wooden box about the size of a large briefcase. It measures about 18" x 12" x 5 The case is in pretty good shape, but the leather handle has come off. From the contents list inside the kit appears to be somewhere between 2/3-3/4's complete. Most of the gear is in nice condition for it's age except for the 2 stereo viewers/magnifiers.

I think only one of them would have been included. They are in poor condition with damage to their leather cases and corrosion.

Fortunately these viewers are fairly common so it shouldn't be hard to find a replacement. Most of the gear is in nice condition otherwise.

It's an interesting set named to an AAF officer. It would be neat to complete or you could possibly use components to complete a set you already have.
