Offering for sale is this vintage WWII Sterling Silver Seventeen Stars U. Army Air Force Pilot Sweetheart Wings Badge Pin Sew On Pin-back. It is not stamped for metal content. The fitness of the emblem has been tested and guaranteed to be solid sterling silver. Measures approximately 1 & 13/32nds inches wide by 3/8ths inches tall.

We cannot find any other example that is even close to this design. It has ring on back to sew on fabric to keep from loosing or maybe to hang a dangler from?
