WW2 Army Air Force officer uniform grouping. Very nice named, dated 20th USAAF

  
This is a very nice matching uniform grouping belonging to a Major Leonard W Anderson of Spokane Washington. The grouping includes his jacket, pants, garrison cap and visor cap. Research has been done and discovered that he was a commander for the 89th flight training command. He went on to become a colonel in the Air Force after WW2. 20th Air Force is historically significant for being the unit chosen to drop the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

The jacket and pants are dated 1943 and custom tailored by the Hamilton tailoring company, the same company that exclusively tailors the PGA tournament green championship jackets. The visor cap is mint with no signs of damage minus crazing on the brim, no tears or holes on the uniform whatsoever. The visor cap alone is worth it.
