It has many inspection date stamps on it. The valves to inflate it by mouth work and it does inflate.
The black rubber covers for the mouth tube are intact. I don't know how long it will stay inflated. The air cartridges are missing. One of the metal covers to allow you to inflate with an air hose is missing.
The other cover is intact. It still has the back straps, the D rings, and the yellow canvas waist strap. The name Tomeo is written on the left hand side. There is a date stamp of Dec 28, 1951 on it, so it may have been used in the Korean War.
