Cleaning out my father's house and found this. I know what it is but I don't know what brand the watch is. Has no name on watch but I believe it's Tiffany.

You may know more than me. Watch face is cracked and the back is dented where someone tried to open it up. Watch is ticking after winding up. I'm open to any reasonable offers.
