From what I have read, the group was transferred to Asia in 12/44 and while most of the unit stayed in the EU it looks as if he went to the Asia theater given the flag. Several of his id's are included and an amazing amount of WWII ephemera. The set belongs in a museum. All in all the condition is great.
Some period repairs to the uniforms. A slight smell of mothballs and aviation fuel. I focus on repeat customers and try to ensure all are happy.
