This is a 1942 issue US Army Air Forces Type A-9 summer flying helmet. It is in excellent overall condition. It is complete with original leather earcups with the double snaps. Chin strap assembly is complete and excellent. Original AAF label indicates this is a size medium.

Field applied oxygen mask snaps. Few if any of these turn up with original leather ear cups.
