10 K Gold Bracelet Historic USAAC Army Air Forces First Pilot Wings 1940 Mint

  
This is a vintage 10 K Gold bracelet with the original historical United States Army Air Forces Pilot's Wings set into the center plate. The bracelet is 10K gold. The wings are the original sterling wings given to the pilots. My father gave this to my mother when he received his first pilot's wings in Texas in 1940. The length of the bracelet is approximately 7 1/4 inches and weighs 6 grams in total.

It has a clasp along with a safety catch. This was made for a slender 17 year old girl. It is pre owned and in a vintage pristine condition with no scratches, dings, or other damage. Some minor vintage wear as is to be expected. I took pictures in very different lighting to try to bring out detail (the most detail on the wings is in the very dark pic).
