Vintage WWII Type A-6 Sheepskin USAAF Army Air Force Bomber Boots M Bristolite

  

These vintage Type A-6 boots were made during WWII by Bristolite for the USAAF. They are made from sheepskin with a rubber sole and large gauge round spring loaded pull Crown zipper and two straps.

Soles have hardened over time and are stiff. These are the mid-war A6 modified boots as opposed to the later war A6a (which were issued with the leather straps). Leather is in good shape with very little flaking. No rips tears or repairs.
