SCARWAF Special Catagory Army with Air Force Patch Bullion Post WW2 Korea 07-018

  
From what I can tell these patches would have been from post WW2 until early 1950s and were authorized for US Army Forces that worked for the US Air Force while it was being put together and did not have all the units it needed to complete its mission. The red thread seems to be broken at the top of the sword. I left the little sticky piece on the back where it was stuck in a book at some point. I felt taking it off might remove the paper backing.
