This is a rare find. During WWII very few extra large helmets were made due to the fact that most needs were for. This is an original 1944 issue Army Air Forces Type AN-H-15 summer flying helmet. Original label indicates this is a highly desirable size extra large.

Few exist today nearly 70+ years later. Helmet is in used very good condition. Goggle straps look like they had a long ago repair.

Complete with the chin strap. This is an almost impossible to find size in this style of helmet. Dont let it get away.
