The advantage of this timer is the second hand and minute disk that clearly shows both seconds and minutes elapsed. There are two sets of rules for flying any aircraft: VFR and IFR. VFR stands for Visual Flight Rules and IFR means Instrument Flight Rules.

The timepiece is in good condition with traces of wear on crystal and case due to age. Please also note inside the box the plastic holder is cracked (as per photos). May just need a clean due to age?
